I will give you a trick, so you can order and get free master card from payoneer.

1. Firstly go to oDesk.com or the link on right sidebar. why should you open the website? because you can't order master card directly from payoneer, but from the affiliate.

2.  join the website -- click "Create an Account" on the top right corner.
3. choose "Contractors start here" to begin.
4. fill all the required form and click "Get Started".
5. now click "create your profile". fill "title, objective, hourly rate, english level, and primary role" whatever you want, just do it!!! and click "save profile and continue"
6. and next is verify your email address. open the email have you registered in oDesk.com and click the verification link
7. after you success in verifying your email, click "Wallet" tab and choose "Payment Methods"
8. find the word "Payoneer Debit Card" and click "sign up now".
9. you are directly in payoneer master card order and click "get your prepaid MasterCard card now".
10. fill all the form required. cardholder details -- card account information -- registration verification
11. click finish
12. you get an email about the master card approval from payoneer. please be patient to wait the master card delivered to your home.
